My name is Geraldine Claire Osowska and I'm an accredited Psychotherapist based in Wilmslow delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Skills Training and Schema Therapy.  

Providing quality mental health support is my passion. For the last 20 years I have been fortunate enough to work across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, within the NHS and private sector, supporting adults and adolescents to recover from a range of mental health difficulties.

Begin Your Therapy Journey In 5 Steps

  • When you contact Geraldine Claire Therapy myself or my PA, Donna will aim to contact you by the next working day.
  • You will be offered a free 15 minute telephone consultation.
  • We can then go on to arrange a 60 minute or 90 minute online Initial Meeting, depending on your needs.
  • At the Initial Meeting we will talk about your reasons for coming to therapy and potentially your goals (don't worry if you can't think of any goals this is very normal). We will discuss the type of therapy which might be best suited to you
  • We can then arrange a day and time to meet weekly, and you can begin your therapy journey!
