“Over the last 20 years Geraldine Claire has gained extensive experience of working therapeutically with children, adolescents, adults and older adults. Geraldine uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)  to treat a range of symptoms and psychological difficulties such as: Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, OCD, Phobias (including vomit phobia), Panic Attacks, Health Anxiety, body image difficulties, including Body Dysmorphic Disorder, low self esteem and PTSD.  In addition to traditional CBT, Geraldine has also undertaken specialist training in CBT-ED which is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to treat Eating Disorders.

Geraldine Claire is an accredited CBT therapist and she also supervises other CBT therapists.
